Plexiglass Lowers - stop that head buffeting

I was getting a lot of head buffetting, a normal think on the Nomad (and other bikes). a lot of people think that they need to get a higher windshield, but that is wrong. With a windshield, a low pressure is created behind the windshield, and wind rushes up from below the bike and hits you in the chest/neck/helmet area. It is very irritating, feeling like someone has a hold on your head and moving it around.

There are a couple of manufactures of lowers. I did not like what I saw, or there did not make verisions for my bike. So after reading a lot, I tried to make my own. I made a cardboard pattern, then a plexiglas version. If they hold up, great, otherwise I will just have to make a set out of lexan!
